Indigenous peoples are engaged with both international and domestic law and politics. This site is intended to illuminate these engagements in a global context.

The site was developed by Professor Peter d'Errico and Alan Gaitenby of the University of Massachusetts Legal Studies Department as a teaching and research resource.
