outlawed genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity: Division 268, Criminal Code Act. Australia is demonstrably "unwilling and

This site contains genocide charges against top government officials--
including the Attorney-General, who is the only person under the legislation who can bring such charges.
Notification to the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal
Court: Monday 16 June 2003.
Director: Robert Thorpe, Gunnai
Cases: included Kevin Buzzacott,
Arabunna; Wadjularbinna
Nulyarimma, Gungalidda; Isabel
Coe, Wiradjuri; and others.
