The Wendat Confederacy was reaffirmed on August 27, 1999 in Midland Ontario by the leaders of the Wyandotte Nation Oklahoma, Wyandot Nation of Kansas, Wyandotte Band of Anderdon and the Huron Wendat of Wendake.
